Saia & Sons Restoration, LLC is an owner-led exterior restoration contractor based in Crown Point, Indiana, providing roofing, siding, gutters, fascia and soffit, flashings, and storm-damage restoration services across Lake and Porter Counties. 2. Information you provide to us

When you complete our contact form, request an inspection, text or call us, or otherwise reach out, you may share:

• Contact details — name, phone number, email address, and preferred contact method.
• Property details — the property address you are asking about and a description of what you are seeing.
• Service and scheduling details — the service you are interested in, insurance-claim status, approximate storm date, and preferred appointment day and time.
• Financing interest — whether you would like financing information when it becomes available.
• Photos — images you attach to a form submission or send by text to help us understand the condition of your property.
• Communications — the content of texts, emails, voicemails, and conversations you have with us.

If you request information about the Saia Shield maintenance membership, the request is handled through a third-party Google Form. We collect only what you choose to submit through that form.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule an inspection or visit, and provide an estimate or perform the work you request.
• To communicate with you about your project, including by call, text, or email at the number or address you provide.
• To prepare construction estimates and, where applicable, documentation for your use.
• To maintain records related to work performed and applicable warranty or manufacturer-registration requirements.
• To improve our website and services.

We use your information to respond to your request and do not sell it.

4. Calls and text messages

If you provide a phone number, we may call or text you about your request or project. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop texting or calling at any time by replying “stop” or by letting us know in writing or by phone.

5. How the contact form is processed

Our contact form is processed by a third-party service, FormSubmit.co. When you submit the form, your submission is routed to our email through FormSubmit’s servers. Photo attachments are delivered with that email and are not retained on this website. Please see the FormSubmit privacy policy for how that service handles submissions.

6. Photos you share

Photos you submit with a form are sent to our email and used to assess your property. If you prefer not to upload a photo through the form, you may text photos to (219) 209-2433 instead. We may use anonymized photos for internal quality and training. Marketing use of any photo that shows your home or address requires your separate written consent, which you may decline or revoke.

7. Hosting, fonts, and website traffic

This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider and uses a third-party font service (Fontshare). These providers may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited as necessary to deliver the site. We do not currently use advertising networks, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics tracking on this website.

8. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party services we do not control, including Google Maps and reviews, the GAF contractor directory, James Hardie product information, the Saia Foundation, and Google Forms. Each of those services has its own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites.

9. Your choices

• You are not required to provide any information. If you do not provide contact details, we may not be able to respond or schedule service.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us.
• You may opt out of text or email communications at any time.

10. How long we keep information

We keep the information you provide for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, perform and warrant our work, meet recordkeeping requirements, and address any questions about the project. If you ask us to delete information that is no longer needed for these purposes, we will do so where we are not required to retain it.

11. Children’s privacy

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. Security

No method of transmission or electronic storage is fully secure. We use reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security. Form submissions are transmitted over standard internet protocols.
