Local permit requirements, code amendments, and manufacturer installation instructions can vary by jurisdiction and product, so we handle permitting where required and install according to the specific manufacturer guidelines for the system you choose. We don't cut corners to hit a number — if a repair is more practical than a full tear-off, we'll tell you that too.

Repair vs. replacement

Not every roof needs to be replaced. If your roof is younger, the damage is isolated, and the materials are still sound, a targeted repair may be the right call — see our roof repair page for that scope. Replacement generally makes more sense when a roof is near or past its expected service life, has widespread material failure, or has recurring leaks that repairs won't resolve long-term. We'll give you a straight answer either way, not the answer that's better for us.

Enhanced GAF warranties are available on qualifying roofing systems — the specific coverage depends on the products installed and the system configuration, and is subject to manufacturer terms.
