Saia & Sons backs its repair labor with a workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on repair components are subject to manufacturer terms and typically more limited than warranties on a full new roofing system — enhanced GAF warranties are generally tied to complete qualifying systems, not spot repairs.
