1. About these terms

These Website Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website. They do not create a contractor-client relationship and are not a bid, proposal, or construction contract. Any work performed by Saia & Sons Restoration, LLC is governed by a separate written agreement that controls over anything stated on this website. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Use of this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt the site, or using any contact form to send unsolicited communications. The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes.

3. Estimates are construction estimates

Any estimate, scope, or pricing information provided on this website or in a proposal is a construction estimate for repair or replacement work. It is not an appraisal, an engineering opinion, an insurance determination, or a guarantee of final cost. Final scope and price depend on an on-site inspection, actual conditions, material availability, and the written contract. Existing conditions that cannot be seen until work begins (for example, damaged decking found beneath shingles) may change the scope and price.

4. Insurance claims — we are not a public adjuster

Saia & Sons Restoration does not act as a public adjuster, does not interpret insurance coverage, does not negotiate insurance claims on behalf of homeowners, and does not guarantee claim approval. We may provide construction estimates and documentation for your use, but we will not estimate the value of your insurance claim or pursue or settle a claim with your insurer. If you need help with your claim, consult a licensed Indiana public adjuster or your insurance professional.

We do not waive, absorb, rebate, or pay any insurance deductible, and no membership benefit or discount may be used to do so. You remain responsible for any deductible owed under your insurance policy.

5. Warranties and credentials

Saia & Sons Restoration is a 2026 GAF Certified Plus™ contractor. “GAF Certified Plus” is a manufacturer’s contractor designation, not a representation that GAF warrants every roof we install. Enhanced or manufacturer-backed warranties (such as GAF System Plus or GAF Silver Pledge) apply only to qualifying roofing systems that meet the manufacturer’s requirements, and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, registration, and limitations. We are an independent contractor and are not an agent, employee, or representative of GAF. Standard product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship.

James Hardie fiber-cement siding products are available through us. We do not currently claim James Hardie certification. Product warranties for James Hardie materials are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to its terms.

6. Owner-led; subcontractors

Saia & Sons Restoration is owner-led. To meet demand or for specialized trades, we may use third-party subcontractors, vendors, or other persons to furnish labor, services, equipment, or machinery. We provide owner-led oversight and accountability for the project, but subcontractors are not our direct employees unless stated otherwise in writing.

7. The Saia Shield

The Saia Shield is a planned twice-a-year Roof & Exterior Maintenance membership. As described on this website, it is a planned program and is not currently an active offer. Enrollment and payment are not open yet. Program terms — including pricing, included services, limits, scheduling, cancellation, refund, and any replacement-credit structure — are planned and are set out in the draft Membership Agreement, which is pending attorney review and is not a finalized contract. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to enroll until a finalized agreement is in place.

8. Service area and location

We are based in Crown Point, Indiana and serve Lake and Porter Counties. This website does not list a public storefront or residential office address. Contractor registrations, bonding, permits, and local requirements vary by municipality; documentation is available upon request.

9. Third-party links and content

This website may link to third-party websites and services we do not control, including manufacturer directories, review platforms, and form providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or practices of third-party sites. References to manufacturers or products are for informational purposes and do not imply endorsement by those parties of Saia & Sons Restoration, or vice versa.

10. No professional advice

Information on this website is general and is not legal, insurance, tax, engineering, or building-code advice. Building codes (such as the Indiana Residential Code), manufacturer installation specifications, and insurance requirements vary and change. For project-specific requirements, consult the applicable authority, manufacturer documentation, or a qualified professional.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Saia & Sons Restoration is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Your use of the website is at your own risk.

The Saia & Sons Restoration name, logo, and website content are owned by or licensed to Saia & Sons Restoration, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content for commercial use without our written permission, except as permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Indiana.
