Roof
Full assessment of shingles, flashing, valleys, vents, and pipe boots.
Gutters
Removal of accessible loose gutter debris and a basic downspout flow check, up to 200 linear feet. See service limits below.
Siding, fascia & soffit
Visual assessment for damage, gaps, and moisture staining.
Skylights & ventilation
Debris removal, exterior glass and flashing/seal observation, and a ventilation check, not an interior skylight inspection. See service limits below.
Exterior penetrations
Resealing of exposed nail heads and pipe boots and minor caulking touch-up at accessible penetrations. See service limits below.
Drainage near the foundation
A brief visual note (not a structural inspection, we’ll flag a specialist if something looks off).

- A planned replacement-credit structure that may build toward a future roof or siding replacement (subject to the Membership Agreement)

Planned service limits & exclusions (subject to the Membership Agreement): Gutter work covers removal of accessible loose debris and a basic downspout flow check up to 200 linear feet, and does not include detached structures, gutter-guard removal/reinstallation, packed or frozen debris, underground drainage, or disposal beyond standard bagging; surcharges may apply beyond 200 linear feet or for height, roof-pitch, or access conditions. Minor caulking is limited to accessible areas, compatible sealants, and a set maximum linear footage and number of penetrations, and does not include structural or masonry repair, window-system rebuild, concealed-waterproofing, or any guarantee that resealing will correct hidden leaks. Skylight service is exterior observation and debris removal only, not an interior inspection. All visits are subject to access, safety, weather, height, roof-pitch, and property-condition limitations; unsafe-access areas are excluded and may be referred to a specialist.

A Clear Roof Condition Rating, Every Visit.
After every visit, we would rate your roof’s visible condition and give you a number, a proprietary condition rating for your home, like a credit score for your roof. Watch it visit over visit, a declining trend may give you earlier visibility into changing conditions before a leak does.

A Planned Replacement-Credit Structure.
The planned Saia Shield includes a replacement-credit structure: a portion of membership payments would accrue as credit that may be available toward a future full roof or siding replacement with Saia & Sons, subject to the Membership Agreement. As currently planned, the credit would accrue at $13 per month of paid, current Membership, up to a maximum of $1,000, and would be redeemable only after 12 consecutive paid months.
Important planned terms (subject to the Membership Agreement):
- Credit would accrue at $13/month, up to a $1,000 maximum, and would have no cash value.
- Credit is not insurance and is not a guarantee of any work.
- Credit cannot offset or pay an insurance deductible and may not be used on insurance-funded replacements.
- Credit is not transferable unless the Membership Agreement says otherwise.
- Credit would expire immediately upon cancellation, non-renewal, or material breach of the Membership Agreement.
- Twelve consecutive paid months of active membership would be required before any credit becomes redeemable.
- Annual membership fees would remain separate from accumulated credit.

Questions, Answered.
Is this just a gutter cleaning plan?
No. Every visit covers your full exterior, roof, gutters, siding, fascia, soffit, ventilation, and more, as a complete Roof & Exterior Maintenance Assessment. Gutter-only services don’t catch the roof or siding issues that usually cost the most to fix later.
What if you find something wrong?
You’ll get a full maintenance log with photos and a straightforward recommendation. Members get 10% off any repair, and there’s never any pressure, the log is yours either way.
Do you check the foundation?
We note anything unusual we see near ground level during a visit, but this is not a structural or foundation inspection. If something looks concerning, we’ll recommend a qualified specialist.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The membership runs for one annual term and renewal is optional. Any planned replacement-credit structure would require 12 continuous months of active membership before redemption. Cancellation, payment, refund, scheduling, and credit rules are governed by the Membership Agreement.
How is this different from a one-time assessment?
A one-time assessment is a snapshot. The Saia Shield is a history, your Roof Health Score, your photos, and (when enrollment opens) your planned replacement-credit structure build over time, giving you a clearer record of your home’s exterior condition.
Does the Saia Shield guarantee no leaks?
No. The Saia Shield is a planned visual maintenance assessment that helps identify and address visible conditions early, it is not a guarantee against leaks or future damage, and it is not a substitute for repairs when a roof or flashing is failing. The Roof Health Score is a visual condition-tracking tool, not a guarantee of remaining roof life.
How does the Shield Credit work?
The planned Shield Credit is a replacement-credit structure: a portion of membership payments would accrue as credit that may be available toward a future full roof or siding replacement with Saia & Sons. As currently planned, the credit would accrue at $13/month of paid, current Membership, up to a $1,000 maximum, and would be redeemable only after 12 consecutive paid months.
