Questions, Answered.
Is this just a gutter cleaning plan?
No. Every visit covers your full exterior — roof, gutters, siding, fascia, soffit, ventilation, and more. Gutter-only services don’t catch the roof or siding issues that usually cost the most to fix later.
What if you find something wrong?
You’ll get a full report with photos and a straightforward recommendation. Members get 10% off any repair, and there’s never any pressure — the report is yours either way.
Do you check the foundation?
We note anything unusual we see near ground level during a visit, but this is not a structural or foundation inspection. If something looks concerning, we’ll recommend a qualified specialist.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Shield Credit requires 12 consecutive months of active membership to become redeemable, so it rewards staying protected — but there’s no long-term lock-in beyond that.
How is this different from a one-time inspection?
A one-time inspection is a snapshot. The Saia Shield is a history — your Roof Health Score, your photos, and your Shield Credit all build over time, so you always know exactly where your home stands.
